Instructions
  1. Place head stem side down onto the cutting board Cut ½ inch slices of the head – I typically get 4 slices per head. Save the ends, I have a tip for those.
  2. Repeat with the second head.
  3. Place the slices on a foil lined cookie sheet (I do not like a lot of clean up.) Make sure to leave a little room between the slices, so they roast and do not steam.
  4. Drizzle the slices with half the melted butter spread and then sprinkle with half the seasonings. Turn over all the cauliflower steaks and repeat with the second half of the melted butter spread and seasonings.
  5. Roast in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Take out the cauliflower steaks and turn them over, return to oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Test for desired tenderness and caramelization. Enjoy!
